The rest of the Scarlett City Series will be taken down this weekend except for the first few chapters as samples. Craving Them (book 1) and Finding Her (book 2) are available on Amazon and KU already. Book 3 is undergoing the editing process and book 5 is almost completely written. Once I've completed the series, all six books will be available on Amazon. Hopefully all by the end of the year.
          	
          	I really hope yall stick with me and continue to support me. Wattpad has been a good platform for me over the years but I need to move forward with my writing. As a stay at home mom for my disabled daughter, I want to do more for all of my girls. I want to show them success is possible anywhere they try as long as they believe in themselves. "Finding Her" will be removed Sunday night except the first few chapters. I'll be doing the same with the other books in the Scarlett
          City Series over the next couple of weeks as well.
          
          They'll all be published on Amazon this year and will be available in print and ebook. Yes that means Kindle Unlimited as well. I will not be finishing the series on Wattpad.
          
          The Fated series will remain for a while because the entire thing needs a complete rework. Once I get around to doing that it will probably be an entirely different story so it won't matter. That series.... *sigh* it needs a lot of improvement.
          
          Anyway, read the Scarlett City series while you can or wait and keep supporting me as I move them slowly to Amazon. "Craving Them" is already there! I've got some poems and mini writing bits I'll be publishing on here. Some short stories and flash fiction too. Any thought or questions let me know!

ATTENTION: I won't be publishing any more of the Scarlett City Series on Wattpad. 
          
          One by one the Scarlett City books will be taken down and published on Amazon. I've decided that I need to move forward with my writing and this is the best way to do it. I will still post short stories and flash fiction from time to time, participate in contests and challenges like Nanowrimo and ONC (no onc for me this year) and other writing projects. 
          
          But my big projects will probably just be on Amazon. I hope that you will continue to support me and read my stories even after they've left Wattpad. 
          
          I'm on Tiktok and Instagram with the username sjmeares_author and I have a Facebook author page. I'm also on Goodreads so I hope you stick with me. Yall are the reason I had the courage to keep writing and to finally make that step to self publish. I love you all and hope you stay with me on this journey, my amazing OG lovelies!

@wplily the cheapest designer I've found so far was asking $225 which is WAY too much for this broke girl. 
            
            I don't look forward to lawn work this year. It's been too cold so far for much of anything (thankfully!). A vacation sounds good. Care to share where you went? I can't remember the last time I went somewhere for no reason other than I wanted to. I'm such a hermit lol

@brighteyez1610 I didn't realize it was that easy! I was going to put it on my TBR list to help support your book. I would be cheap too. There are a lot of talented graphic designers and I'm sure they all require $$ to get a really good cover. 
            
            Well today, all thinks adulting! Including lawn work which is my least favorite activity. Ugh. I did manage to go on vacation last year which was nice. I haven't traveled since before the pandemic.

My mom is my editor and neither of us wanna look at this one on the screen anymore so we're gonna read through the proof copy when it comes and if there any errors we find will reading I'll update it. Perk of using Amazon to publish I guess. I can't afford to pay for a cover so I made mine with free images from pixabay and used canva and Amazon's creator. It's kinda sh!tty but I'll get better. ‍♀️ trial and error right?

"Craving Them" will be available on Amazon soon. I'll announce the date when I figure it out. At that point, only the first few chapters will be available. It will be paperback and Kindle Unlimited. 
          
          If you want to read it before then, please do so now. I'm sorry that ill taking it down bc I love wattpad but I'm trying to move forward with my writing. Hope you continue to support me!
