(...)   truly a miserable one,  it caused him to rebel instead rather than to gain recognition through his countless tries.   efforts?  gone to waste.  his family would only bat an eye to him if he were in a tight,  troublesome situation.   but perhaps they only cared more about their image─–   if otherwise,  they would have bothered to 'care' at him whenever a new bruise or two would appear to his skin.   yet it wasn't the case.

﹡   ᰭ  II.̲⠀⠀⠀his mother had married a chinese man,  as per tradition,  it did not matter who the man was as long as they would allegedly 'provide' the family,  it was in their sick belief that remained in that environment since women are not meant to work.  more so than that,  it led to an unhealthy relationship between two loveless strangers that shared the same roof out of dictations.   which in turn heavily affected their children.
