As a black woman it breaks my heart to consistently see my brothers and sisters brutalized by the police. It sickens me to my stomach each and every time and it never gets easier to see or hear about. This isn’t something that should be normalized, this isn’t something that we should have to get over and this definitely isn’t something we should have to be quiet about.
