          I don't care who you are, I just want you to know you are loved. I don't care what other people tell you, you are amazing. 
          Everything you do changes somebody's life, every step, every word, every smile. You may not realise it but you are incredible.
          Whatever you're doing to yourself: cutting, starving, hiding, stop. Just stop because I guarantee you shouldn't be.
