"Val darling? Take a look at this!" The vampire seemed a little excited, as much as those bags under his eyes would allow him to appear anyway--. "I've gotten the front page for this month's issue of 'Glammed and Gorgeous'. I honestly thought this wouldn't be for another few... years, like they've said months time and time again. But here it is."
He then showed the magazine cover to Val, if he were paying any attention that is. A gorgeous velvet red background behind Jer's photographed figure. His body lie along what was a bed of silky white sheets, a slightly dark, circular vignette of shadow surrounding the corner of the cover. His body was clothed, so don't be too uppity about it, Val. Jer had worn one of his favourite white dress shirts for this photoshoot, the buttons being undone entirely, his porcelain skin visible to even the blind eye; black trousers hugged his hips and legs so snugly, his figure held perfectly in those pants; and his beloved knee high boots having a faint shine from their patent leather form.
His head was slightly upturned, one arm propping him up from his laid position on the bed while his free hand combed through his raven hair in the one still frame. A gentle smirk rested at his lips, holding just the slightest indication of amusement, brows quirked just so slightly to complete the look. Black and white letters littered the sides of the cover page.

@Valxntino Jermaine hadn't known of how tired Val was when he had first gone up to him, but he could sense it the moment that weary smile came into play across his periwinkle face. "Yes, for those two days last month? I was called in for this shoot, and I honestly think I look good in a photo for once. Then again, I always hate my image... and no, I didn't leave you at all." He looked over the quotes and such littering the page. "Ugh, I told that woman I'm not single. She never listens."

@Vampiric_Charm Three hottest demon ? Yeah Valentino believed he was one of them. He didn't look for a good five seconds but when he did the overlord showed no reaction. "What the hell is this ? ... I'm just kidding ! Look at you ! " his lips had curved into a bit of a smile, he was tired AS FÜCK but he tried to give the other the best reaction he could without wasting the very little energy he had left " so is that what you had gone to ? Bonbon was not at all well known in hell. In fact, he was pretty new here and, many would question why he was even here. He was so timid...at least, on the surface.
So, of course, being the intern at I.M.P., the poor demon was send around to do all the piss poor jobs. Right now he had to drop off money that Blitzø apparently owed some fancy guy named after a Holiday.
" Um...hello? I uh...I'm here to deliver something? Is uh...is Valentine here? " The male called out, a manilla envelope in hand.

@GayGhostWhisperer " half ! ? The hell you mean it's only half ! ? He better start paying up or else , tell him i want my money by the end of this week or you're both dead to me ... and everyone else. Now go away . Go go . " he sort of shoved the other by his forehead as he spoke and slammed the door shut almost immediately but from outside his loud complaining was more than obvious.

@Valxntino "I dOn't kNoW--" He sobbed, just about falling to his knees. Poor man must be having some sort of overload from locking his abilities up for too long. Some things he kept down inside himself so he wouldn't lose any of the family or loves he's made on the past century. He looked up to Val with pleading eyes, pain sweltering his being. "H-hElp mE."

The vampire clears his throat, seeming hesitant to speak. "Darling, I know at times I seem to be 'overly sensitive' whenever you say something obviously meant as a joke. I'm not giving backlash and smart remarks to be an arsehat. I just...." He took a minute to think over his wording.
"...Certain terms tend to remind me of someone of whom I would do anything to forget in Hell. Someone who practically broke my mentality to the point of where I may have to look over the shoulders of my own friends to be sure they are safe in my presence. I cannot help feeling always responsible for their safety when around me, that if ANYTHING happens, that voice will haunt me forever of what may occur to them..."
He sucked in some air, looking up at Val. "I'm not saying you can't say what you want, love. I just want you to know something things you say can be of a trigger to harsh memories here."

@Valxntino Jermaine could tell Val was acting like a child, to which the vampire merely sighed. "Thank you... it sounds stupid, I know. I just had to say something." He said, trying to give a smile as he glanced briefly over his shoulder. He honestly didn't seem very okay right now, that being evident in his eyes.

@Vampiric_Charm He listened but he didn't really answer yet, he just sat there with all four arms crossed with the look of a child after his favorite toy was taken away from him- an angry child that is. He took the time to process the words and mumbled a simple "sorry." After a bit but that was all. You have no right to be mad Valentino so suck it up.
