My third grade teacher would give this assignment every now and again where you had to use as many spelling words as you can in a story. And that is what started my love of writing. I would spend hours and hours working on that assignment, even choosing to do it if it wasn't assigned that week! My love for it was pushed further when I was introduced to a writing class, still in elementary school. I remember the first story I ever wrote! It was Fourth grade. It was about this kid who wakes up to find that aliens have invaded, and because of that, the world is topsy-turvy! But he made it through the day, went to bed that night, and woke up in the morning, finding that it was all a dream and everything was fine. Pretty cool for a fourth grader, huh?

A bit about me: I am getting dangerously close to 30. I'm a teacher and crafter, a lover of many things. I have 4 cats, and a side job selling hand-made character-inspired hair bows and bow ties. On top of it all, I am neurodivergent so I work on everything with blind, half-crazed hyperactive, and overfocused energy. Uploads will be sporadic but will eventually lead to a complete series, timeline unknown.

My favorite teacher once said "You never know what you're good at until you try" It was part of a track speech, but that didn't matter. I'm nothing but a clumsy oaf when ANYTHING sport-like is involved. So I was in a whole other world while he was on that soap box. But he said that phrase with such passion, he managed to get through the haze. The Guardian series was born that year, 2007. Along with another series that's in a pile of work that will NEVER EVER see the light of day. But, it helped open the door of my mind.

Happy reading and thanks for checking me out! I'm going through a complete upheaval of my work, and have a lot to upload so stay tuned :D If anything in my bio resonated with you, please follow and feel free to message me :D I love talking to others of quirky minds
