Hey! I saw that you were interested in reading the supernatural plot “the reawakening” from the young gods plotshop! I’ve adopted it and it will be starting July 11th! I hope you will consider reading it!! It’s been retitled to “remembering Eden”!

Nothing is more funny than seeing people shit on force healing as if it's some new thing that Rey had suddenly been able to do. Force healing has been around for a long while in Star Wars.

          Grow up and move along.

*RANT ABOUT WATTPAD AND RACISM*

Let's establish something clear and very understandable: racism is bad and should never be acceptable in any societal circumstance. Not hard to comprehend, right? So why is it, when I report something that was racist, the person who was dealing with my ticket told me that there was nothing wrong since it was a case of the person not liking a public figure when I was pointing out their BLATANT RACISM AGAINST KOREANS?

I am half Korean, half white, but does that mean I have not been susceptible to racism? Eh, wrong. I have been delt with problems of racism with both my Korean/Asian heritage and my German & Irish heritage. I've been called Asian racial slurs, I have been called a N*zi because I have German heritage, and I have been called a dirty, angry, leprechaun who will grow up to be a drunkard because of my Irish heritage. I have been through it and I have managed to move on from it.

Should I have done something within those instances and stood up for myself instead of just standing there thinking to myself how much I hated who I was: well the answer is a definitive, yes. Everyone should stand up to racism when being pelted with it and not be grated down to the stereotypes people are tearing us apart to be. When you see racism, it should be reported on. And I did just that when I came across a graphic shop.

The person had made a comment on how they don't accept specifically Korean faceclaims. They were trying to say K-pop faceclaims, which would have been fine since there are people who don't like using boy bands as their sources (me included), but they had specifically listed just Koreans as a non-inclusion and specifically quoted "to me they all look the same, lol."

I am personally not a fan of K-Pop because first, I don't support the managing industry of it since it is abusive in its power over the performers and second, the music is just not my taste. But I digress, this is not a case of a person disliking a public figure/group. It is a case of an ignorant person using racial stereotyping as a form of self-excusable reasoning for a choice that wasn't going to be racist in the first place, and again, not acceptable since it is still racism.

So what is the reason for this? Why am I complaining about a person who probably is really ignorant and probably doesn't know any better? Well, it's not just the case of the person who made the comment that bothers me the most about this whole situation. It's how this whole situation played out. It's the ignorance of both the commenter and the ignorance of the Wattpad representative who dealt with my ticket. It's how ignorance is constantly played out in a lot of instances where racism is prevalent. The speaking before thinking. The matter that it is the f*cking 21 century and people don't know better, and don't think to themselves more often about how their words will come across.

I have been done with Wattpad for a very long time and I'm just tired. And it's not just of this. It's of everything that applies with social media and media sites. I usually don't do things like this; I've actually never done this before, but I'm just f*cking tired of having to just stand here and be dealt with this in silence.

I worry about posting this because I know that there are people who view this as nothing. I should just do the same as before and move on from the situation. Who cares about people and their "opinions" on how Asians look the same or just anything dealing with their looks in general?

And it is people like these who need to fucking step down from the pedestal of privilege instead of thinking that the stool they stand on is the bedrock they imagine it to be.

I reported them and when I finally get a reply back on my ticket, they tell me there's nothing wrong with any violations crossed since they were talking about public figures... So, are you trying to tell me that it's okay to be racist against public figures? I'm sorry, but I'm confused as to how this is not a case of racism. It IS racist to say they look the same whether the person saying it meant as all Asians or a particular ethnicity of Asians.
