I just read a book that completely  all over my favorite trope and I stupidly kept reading until the end hoping it would turn out different just be disappointed. Now it’s almost 1am and I can’t go to sleep with this book being the last thing on my brain send help

Idk who will even see this cause I never post but I need to get this off my chest. 
          
          I’M so MAD rn. Like wtf. I just spent like the last 3 hours getting halfway through a book that I really liked at the start but then the author made the character cheat on the love interest in a dramatic heart shattering way which resulted in a long depression for the love Interest but then once the character that cheated realized the misunderstanding that caused him to cheat he is automatically allowed to jump into bed with the love interest and do it with them (for the first time mind you) all the while he is still boyfriend to the girl he cheated on the love interest with. Yes I stopped reading. Yes I’m mad I wasted my time. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk

I just went to the homepage on WP and I just want to say thank you! The first thing I saw was #BlackLivesMatter “we stand with you” and I’m just so thankful to the WP team who announced their support. As a black 15 year old in America I’m honestly scared for what the world is coming to or should I say what it has been this whole time (racist). I definitely spend hours of my day on this app so it was really nice to open it up and see that you guys care and that this is a safe space❤️

Today I finally finished watching Tiger King because half way through I was so thoroughly disturbed that I had to stop watching it for like a week lmao. All I can say is Joe is one crazy MF and Carole Baskin definitely killed her ex-husband. 
          And p.s. I feel so bad for the workers of those Zoos like... Joe had his people living in terrible dirty trailers eating expired meat... Doc Antle’s workers were basically women sex slaves... and Carole Baskin had “volunteers” that worked long hard hours for years with absolutely NO PAY. Damn.
