Stories and tales have always come easy to me. Writing ranks near the top of the list of my life's goals and ambitions, and if I'm not able to write then there is something seriously wrong.

Have trained as writer since I was ten years old and have pursued multiple degrees pertaining to writing and words in general from three different colleges. I say I've written probably one major work a year for the last 25 years, starting with a full-length novelette when I was ten. The only other hobby I've had for nearly as long has been crocheting and I get praise for that, too.

My biggest influences are actually probably science fiction and westerns; my earliest memories of both are Star Trek: Next Generation and Dr. Quinn: Medicine woman; Firefly was a short lived favorite.

Faith plays a growing factor. Without faith in something we have nothing to grow towards; faith without God isn't enough for me.

Writing is a reflection of life. Sometimes we have to look around the cracks to see it, though.
