I approach Depression/Anxiety Disorder as a part me - not some mysterious condition.  It needs more attention towards understanding & acceptance - so, I am essentially 'outing' myself, to be a hope & voice for others to never be ashamed or afraid.

【Opinion from a Writer & Poet】
My complete, & sound advice to any & everyone willing to dabble  with writing: 'With any genre you should dabble in.' -  - is simply:  Keep writing! Write what you love; what you feel is the authenticity.  
Let the words control your fingers as you spill out the most inner parts of your thoughts.  There are no necessarily wrong or right ways in creating your material.
