Hey girl.
Sorry to hear you’re struggling with ADHD, I know from experience that it’s difficult. I know that it’s not a life threatening disease nor is it a handicap in the common sense of the word, but it is a difficult physical problem and not, as so many people think a psychological disorder. To deal with it takes a lot of understanding from the people around one as well as from the one dealing with it.
Both my kids as well as myself are dealing with this, and after years of looking for the best way to deal with it we all found meditation that works on a daily basis without making us depressed or numb, it softens the emotional imbalances, and makes us focus on the tasks ahead. Since I’ve been using this, now a year, I haven’t called in sick once for work, am able to finish my tasks both at home as in my work as a nurse, something that’s always been one hell of a job having a hectic, impulsive brain, but what makes me happy above all is that I can give more attention to the people around me without effort, I just notice them and the things that are important to them.
I hope you are going to find a way to deal with it as well, and if you have questions or just want to chat, I’m just a few clicks away.
Lots of love, Wendy
