Siren head is based off events that happened in Chicago Illinois. However, this does not have much to do with SH. On time in Chicago, they had a tornado warning I believe. The sirens went off like usual, but the sound was horrifying. You should be able to look up Siren head sounds and find a video of it. 

The legend though says Siren head is a very tall creature, skinny and almost shaped like a pole. It has two (2) sirens of opposite direction on its head. It is known to sound out random alarms and words at any given time, and can interfere and connect to radio frequencies and phone calls. It even plays what it picks up. It is also known to create such high pitched and loud sounds that it will literally make your brain explode. 

It often hides in plain sight, standing near poles and next to trees. 

It is like a creepy pasta, and was an SCP known as 6789 until it was removed from the foundation. The creator of the legend of Siren head, Trevor Henderson, has said that he wanted to keep Siren head as his own separate work. 

Whatever you do, stay away from Siren head and do not try to find it.
