the city of yokohama has been constantly warred over by two opposing forces-- the armed detective agency and the port mafia. now, this would already be difficult enough to deal with, but there's something else, too- the fact that multiple members of both teams have supernatural powers called abilities. abilities are wielded as weapons, allowing the impossible to become possible with a snap of someone's fingers.
but what if there's something more dangerous than these two organizations combined? there are whisperings of another organization called the guild..
according to the rumors, the guild is a secret society with enough influence that it goes across countries- and they want something that's located right within yokohama.
