ngl seeing the discourse abt inspo n stuff like that is making me want to share my piece and it's that even if you ask I'll probably say no. my graphics aren't the best like I've seen other ppl on this app do, but I have had instances where people take and use my chapter layouts and use it to a T even with credits and it's just... it rubs me the wrong way.
          	
          	I've worked on edits/graphics before for other people but the stuff in question never came to fruition so I've vowed to never do that again either (this does not apply to my line distribution videos!!) + (it's not necessarily the same topic but I think it still applies.) I've also had people outright copy EVERYTHING of mine and claim it as "inspiration" so no. I don't want people to use me or my stuff as inspiration because quite frankly, it pisses me off.
          	
          	I think there's a difference between looking at other people's graphics and *taking* inspiration from that over using someone's graphics and claiming it as inspiration. you can look at other people's works and come up with your own to make it unique to you, but don't go using other people's hard work and using it almost identically to claim it as your own but with inspiration credits.
          	
          	that's my hot take for the day I guess.

I also think it's okay to let people you trust use your own graphics. why does it bother YOU if you can't use someone else's graphics but THEIR friends can? if you're not close to the person, respectfully, fuck off lmao. you aren't owed shit if you aren't close to somebody who allows their work to be used by ppl close to them.
