Hi All :)

For those who want to sharpen their writing skills, I find that doing writing prompts is a great exercise to do so. Reedsy has a writing prompt contest every week and the prize is $50 if you win. So if you have that extra time, then I suggest entering in one of their contests. Here's a link below of the writing prompt I did in case you want to check it out.

Hi All! I've finally sorted my schedule and I'll be doing my writing prompts more consistently by posting it once a week. As to my other project (the book Souls of Swords), it's going along well. I hope to have it out in the 1st Quarter of 2020. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Hi All,

Recently, our dear fellow writer - Angela Poppe, had her work stolen and posted on Amazon. Apparently, stolen works are an issue at Wattpad now. I'm posting Angela's comments below so that you can stay vigilant and know what to do. If you have other ideas, please feel free to share so we can eradicate this problem.

          Below is Angela's message:

          !TO MY FELLOW WATTPAD WRITERS!

The plagiarism phenomenon is growing. There are 43 other cases of stolen books from Wattpad and uploaded to Amazon. Here's a guideline of what to do in case of plagiarism on Amazon:

          1. Report to Amazon
          2. Report to Wattpad
          3. Contact a Wattpad Ambassador and let him/her know about the situation
          4. Announce the plagiarism situation on your profile page on Wattpad and ask your readers to put a one-star review on the stolen copy on Amazon and say the book was stolen from Wattpad
          5. Write a line in the blurb of the stolen book on Wattpad saying the book was stolen and uploaded on a different website/websites without your permission and ask your readers not to purchase it.
          6. Ask your readers to be vigilant and let you know if they see your story elsewhere other than Wattpad
          7. Post regular updates on your profile page on Wattpad about the plagiarism situation to warn other writers

Feel free to copy this message on your profile page to let other people know.

WE MUST STOP THIS! Thank you!
