Message Stick, her first novel, explores tensions between Australia's Aboriginal and Eurocentric cultures. The novel won national awards from the James Jones Literary Society and the Hackney Literary Award.
From 2003 until 2013, she was represented by the literary agent who handled Norman Mailer, Arthur C. Clarke and Ray Bradbury. After his death, she revitalized her artistic approach and is seeking a new agent.
She owns Writer's Resource, where she works with authors, public speakers, thought leaders and businesses to ghostwrite, rewrite and edit fiction and nonfiction. 74 titles are now under contract and 13 have received national awards. Nonfiction clients have been financially sponsored by Fortune 500 companies while fiction clients have been shopped to Disney and Pixar.
