Good morning!
I'm Ollie. I notice that you are the Wattpad curator. Now I don't know if you have time, but I am writing a book called Woman Of Gold. It's only 6 chapters, but if you could check it out it would mean the world to me. Ty
          Have an amazing day!

One last bit of news for the day!

I interviewed Leah Johnson, the author of the bestselling YA novel, You Should See Me in a Crown, for Publishers Weekly. She is living the dream writing about a brave, complicated Black queer girl chasing her dreams and chasing love. If you love old school teen comedies like Clueless and She's All That, you have to check out this interview and this book!

As you may remember, my story Legally Black was originally a submission to Wattpad's Paid anthology for "The One that Got Away". While it was not successful, Wattpad has put together a reading list of all the other outstanding submissions ahead of the publication of the final anthology. Legally Wattpad is included. Come check out all these great stories!

In case you didn't see it on the Wattpad homepage, I was selected as a guest curator to select a reading list of stories that elevate and celebrate Black voices on Wattpad. I am so proud to have been chosen and I cannot express to you how hard it was to pick just a few stories. The Black people from the world over are mad talented and if you aren't reading our stories, you are missing out. Head on over to this list to get just a taste of the spectacular stories and poetry and ideas produced by Black writers here are on Wattpad.

The more you read, the more you love. Isn't that what life's about?

Be strong, be kind, be open-minded. But most of all remember, Black Lives ALWAYS Matter.
