Hey, everyone! Today I posted the first chapter of my new horror novel As Roses Drown. It’s my first time writing a horror novel, so I’d love to know what you think. Have a great day! x

Hey, everyone! I am so sorry for not posting these past few weeks. I've been travelling in other countries and got back last week, and I also moved to a new place, so I've been busy! To make it up to you, I'm going to post a chapter of Crimson Ash each day for the next week.

          I hope you're having a great day!

I haven't written anything in a long time (I wrote Crimson Ash years ago), but this month I've started drafting my very first horror novel titled As Roses Drown. I'm debating whether to post the first draft on Wattpad as I write it. I'll be looking for feedback on it.

For those of you who've posted early drafts, what were your experiences with that?

Oh and by the way. I have a Character named Haley in two of my stories and others whose last names are Blackwell dealing with the Blackwell legend... Thought that was a weird coincidence lol.

At the bottom of the blurb make a notation like “Please consider this a first draft. I’ll be editing/polishing the story as time allows” Just my opinion. I’ll definitely be waiting to read it..,

@HaleySulich I don't let anyone see first drafts of anything, especially not while I'm writing them. It's hard enough staying focused as it is.

I loved your Valentine's day short story. The ending was really cute. I was wondering if you would give my book "His Cold Sunshine" a shot? If you do don't be afraid to leave comments and criticize. Thank you for your time.^_^

Hi, everyone! I just posted my YA short story "A Valentine's Dare" for the Valentine's Day contest! I normally don't enter contests, but this year I decided to give it a shot. If you could check it out, that would be greatly appreciated.

          Have a great day!

Ms. Sulich, your ‘Writing and Grammar’ book is helping me write grammatically correct sentences, and how to use them right. I’m currently writing an unpublished draft, so it’s only cool! Not only that, also to help write a story. Than you! I wish you are my English teacher, and you look beautiful!

Thank you for the kind words! You’re so sweet. I’m glad my guides have been helping you. Happy writing!

I came across the Valentine's Day contest on Wattpad's @mystery page. It has been a long time since I last wrote a short story, but I think I'm going to give this one a shot.

Would anyone be interested in beta reading it before I post? The title-in-progress is "A Valentine's Dare," and it's an LGBTQ+, YA story about following your heart. If you're interested, please let me know!

The contest rules state it can't be over 3,000 words, so it'll be fairly short.

          Have a great day!

@Alexmctavish Thank you so much! I haven’t actually written the story yet, but I have a lot of notes for it. I’m planning to write it within the next week.

Hey! Just dropped by to congratulate you on being Featured in Editor's Picks list ^_^

@HaleySulich
Yes, Wattpad is actually testing this system now, and this is will probably work the same way as the one where you were featured a few years ago. There is no particular length of time as yet, and no fixed amount of stories. Let's see how it plays out :)

@ScarlettBlackDaisy Thank you so much! If you don't mind me asking, do you know how the new featuring system works? How long is a book featured for?

A few years ago, one of my works was featured with the old featuring system and was up on the feature page for over 12 months.
