just got my braces tightened again now they hurt so baddd.. ive only had braces since december, any tips how to ease the pain?
take painkillers! i found that tablets like panadol advance work really well, as the pain is relieved quicker! also drink lots of water, use lip balm in case your lips get chapped because sometimes your mouth gets a bit dry. also stick to soft foods for a little while. you’ve probably heard all this before but it really does help! and your teeth will be lovely afterwards, i had braces for over 3 years and i love my teeth now! so worth it!!!<3
