Trash can #1

For some they're a moon, for other the sun. For I once thought we were but a moon.
As for our howling wolves disappear one by one.

A sun that rises in the east but is now slowly setting  west.
As eyes slowly close and fall asleep, we set west to maybe never rise east again.

For I thought we were the moon , in reality we were a sun hidden behind our image of a moon that was mostly in the sky.
Star by star coming into view as we set more to be waiting for a greeting by their never more moon. 

We are the sun that has set but to me you'll always be known as a moon.

My beautiful sun. You are my sun. Even if you set and never rise again you'll still be my sun.  And I will still hope to be your moon.
