I'm the kind of person who switches where the pillows are every night, who needs music in the back ground of everything, and who writes poetry as it comes to her on anything, including my own jeans in Sharpie. I'm forgetful and clumsy and pick up bits of whatever dialect I'm near, so reading HP fanfiction brings the danger of saying things like "bloody" and "bonkers" and occasionally yelling "Oi!" when my cat wakes me up at four in the morning, even though I'm American. Reading the news makes me depressed, and reading about history even more so. I'm the kind of person who loves learning and sharing knowledge and trying new kinds of food, as long as it isn't TOO out there. My living room is decorated with movie posters, my bedroom is decorated with book posters, and my clothing is decorated with dirt and paint. I take guilty pleasure in watching Disney Channel, cartoons (Race to Dragon's Edge, anyone?), and eating frosting out of a can, although I'd generally prefer watermelon and an Avengers re-run. Until recently, I hated horror movies, and even now I can't go to sleep afterwards. I pretend to enjoy spicy food but always regret eating it afterwards, and burritos are better than money when it comes to bribes. It is my firm belief that humans have a tendency to f*** everything up. I can recite the Avatar: The Last Airbender intro  upon command, and even though I took two years of Mandarin, most of the time I have no clue what the symbols in that show are derived from. Latin is the master language, creative writing is the master class, and knowledge is the master weapon. I can kinda-sorta keep up with gamers, although the only game I really consider myself an expert in is Diablo III. I am technically a published author (a couple poems and short stories in an anthology), and my life, while quirky, is just about perfect--which isn't to say it doesn't have flaws, but rather that I wouldn't have it any other way, and with this, I am out of space.
