The stories I write are mostly ideas I like and imagine scenes that I would be interested in reading, so I write them down. That is also why none of my books are completed because I'll like the idea and what I'm writing then I'll get stuck for a bit, come up with a few different chapters then get stuck again then get bored... 😐
