Thank you all for the outpouring of support! I know the notification probably popped up but I felt I had better make the announcement, the long awaited next chapter of Book 8 has just gone live!

I appreciate your patience, I know it has been a long time, and I hope it was worth the wait!

I love these stories and like other readers would love to see them reach their conclusion. But please don’t feel pressurised to write if you are not in the right headspace to do that right now. Your mental health must come first. So don’t put pressure on yourself everyday to feel you should be writing. That can be very wearing on your resilience. The ideas are there in your creative brain - that’s obvious from what you’ve written already. But sometimes great ideas still need time to percolate. So if you have other stuff going on in your life, let your characters rest in your head until you feel energised to finish the series. Maybe just put a line on your profile to warn people coming to the series that you’re on hiatus. Then people read knowing from the outset that Book 8 isn’t complete yet. Good luck!

Now I wish I wouldn't have become so invested I this amazing series. MY favorite character has the last book and it hasn't been updated in almost a year..... I wish you the absolute best. I look forward to reading book 8 if you ever write it. I know life gets in the way and sometimes the stamina we had at the beginning wanes. I'll wait for you to come back tho..... I that invested in Daniel Hennessey
Thank you for creating such an amazing and complex character.

Thank you for understanding :) Honestly I come here everyday, so it’s not for lack of trying, I promise you. I’ve theories about why I’m struggling to write. It has been a HUGE year for me, but anything I say makes me feel like I’m peddling excuses. I haven’t given up though and these characters are still with me.

I hope all is well with you and that you haven't given up on writing at all. You have a wonderful series going, and I can't wait for the next book in your series

Caemarion

Thank you! I promise I haven’t given up. The struggle is real though, and I question why, everyday. I have theories about why it’s so hard to keep writing, some of them are even medical, but in all honestly I wouldn’t want to pedal excuses - I WANT to keep writing and I think about it everyday.

Please can you make the series end with a happy conclusions for all the characters. I have read all of the first seven books, they are all I can think about. I see the gaps in the story lines, and when I read the next book it usually will pull it together. Spencer and David story line came out of nowhere in book seven, at no time was there any interaction with Daniel. Looking forward to reading more of your work.
