Belle you are such a talented writer!! I love how creative you are with your stories. You have a true talent
          
          First of all, I hate the mafia. Being Latina, my culture is known for the mafia and we’ve suffered a lot because they’re extremely powerful where I am from. I am very careful speaking or even reading about them because it’s very triggering for us. 
          
          BUT The Marcelo Mafia series is one of my favorite books! I love how you truly knew how to make each character so unique and special. I have no idea if you’ve ever been to this part of the world but you wrote about NYC pretty well I go there all the time, I’ve met people who have had association with the the Italian mob in the 80s and you did so good writing about it. This is a perfect story for NYC in the 1980s
          
          The only thing I can say being born and exposed to the Italian culture is that the translation is a little off in Italian but over all you did amazing!! 
          
          I would love to know how you even thought of writing about this! Why did you chose these different cultures? What made you pick their names? From where was your inspiration? Why the mafia? How did you even know about the Italian mob being from the UK? Us readers would love to pick your brain on this one. 
          
          Also, I’m so jealous you live in the UK I’m dreaming of moving over there!!
