Fun Fact: I've been working on improving my chocolate chip cookie recipe for the last 6 years, & I think I might finally have a winner!! I love testing &creating new recipes. Molecular gastronomy (or, as I sometimes refer to it, culinary chemistry) is so fascinating!!
