@Clumzy__girl_ i might sound like self advertising but check out my Reading Lists, i have many there, one that feels quite victorian or historical like is Scarlet Taste
            
            And oh the most intense one - Infectious Intent - ur gonna get on the edge in the first few chapters its so thrilling

            As for reincarnation stuff, i havent read much but one i recommend is called "Daily log of Self Proclaimed Villiannes Fiance", its actually a manga and its quite funny, the male lead is very smart and a bit obsessive, but the storys develops nicely, u might like it 
            
            Another here on wattpad is called Mon Etoile by AUBREY, u could check it out too, btw its Yandere, all stories of the author are i think

@BrokenAngel You are really reallllyyy passionate and are putting so much work in it, i wish u all the best for ahead. Don't try to be too much perfectionist or you will burn out and never pick up the book again, make a update schedule to not overdo stuff. This is really important!
            Most of the stuff i have said u will improve upon yourself over time but im pointing these observations so when u do a rereading u can think upon. 
            I suggest u just read my review and work on ur book as u always have, just give it a thought but no need to review everything. Once you are done with your book, read some famous ones and other reviews and do some editing. I think after that this book will become awesomerr
            I hope u did not take any of what i said to heart as pointy criticism, i only sat to write all this so someone putting so much work might benefit.

            If you are open to criticism, here are somethings for ya
            !! Disclaimer: im not a qualified expert or editor, im just an observer but ill try my best to make sense and not be vague
            I think as you might have noticed yourself, your imagery is quite strong, its a great attraction for people who have trouble imagining scenarios.
            But to prevent ur cool book and ideas from being lost in the hoard of tons of books on Wattpad you have to be cautious.
            You mostly need to work on your characters and their portrayal. All your characters are fun and cool but try to create more distinctions in them. Like Reece n Ana have similar Philosopher like monologue or dialogue from the very beginning of their meetup. It would be interesting if he instead was someone too pragmatic, or maybe too poetic, i mean even when characters say things that mean the same, they must say it in different ways or they will look similar and chemistry will go off. But this is still a issue you will automatically get good at, dont worry you have just started.
            But what you can improve on now is giving and maintaining a sense of mystery to your new characters. Like maybe show their darker traits first so readers judge them bad (just an example)
            Don't do exposition (too much explanation of what someone's actions mean) - like there are some things that only others can observe rather than us saying them, example "I walked with grace" - u cannot decide if u walked with grace (unless the dialogue is put to be humorous), u can say "tried my best to walk with grace". 
            Remember all your characters don't have to be humorous, badass, sweet, or balanced. There are all kinda people in real world and it would only make story more interesting. 
            There is one more thing i wanna say but word limit is nearing so just one more message, i hope i didnt sound rude
