Please submit a ticket to Wattpad support. Have you tried clearing cache history or using a different browser/computer?

There isn't a way to "get on" the list. You have to wait for the story to attract attention from other users. Don't be afraid to suggest reading on the forums.

Hey :) Find a book you want to read or have read and through and then click Add which is in your top right corner next to share. From there you should see a list of options popping up which include making a new reading list.

@OmobolaOlarewaju Yes, if you view your story as a reader you can see on the right hand side who is reading your story.
