When I was five I won best dressed bear in a teddy bear contest and it defined my expections for myself. From then on it's been downhill. I've learnt to have no expections for myself and yet am still consistently disappointed.
Anyway, this isn't therapy and my published story is from like four years ago so good luck getting through it if you decide to read it.
