When one of your best friends decides to unfriend you on Discord after ghosting you for 6-7 months, you just delete every memory of yourself from said discord and other socials.
And I don't feel guilty about it.

In so much pain
Recently, I just found out I have both joint hypermobility syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (JHS/hEDS), which both cause really horrible migraines. Right now, I have terrible neck and shoulder pain because of this and its causing my migraines to get absolutely unbearable to the point I can't spell/write, walk/move or talk properly. I'm getting really worried for my health as I was told that "it'll get better overtime" but clearly it's not. What do I do? I'm literally scared of my own body
@-cherrybxts I would try maybe using some ice or heat and gently stretching out where you're hurting at. That helps me when I have neck and or shoulder pain
