Hikaru and Yakeru have been inseparable since childhood-two boys growing up beneath the same sky, sharing scraped knees, secret dreams, and the quiet certainty that as long as they had each other, nothing else mattered. As they grow older, that bond deepens into something fragile and terrifyingly beautiful: love. A love unspoken for too long, then cherished too fiercely. But time is cruel, and the future they imagine together is stolen before it can begin. I write what I think, which is a lot. Sometimes I can't think to make poetry, but I still want to write. Maybe people will read my thoughts, maybe not. But I'm happy knowing that this exists out there in the world, waiting to be found.

It's written by my perspective of an obsession towards fictional characters, as I'm sure most of us have that problem. (Boris Pavlikovsky is a character from the book 'The Goldfinch', so all rights to Donna Tartt for making such a beautiful character.)
