Clay, a young 17-year-old amateur surfer from the island of Nihuana in Hawaii, lives his life normally, enjoying what he loves most about this world. The sea. Everything that involves the sea. The animals. The waves. And surfing. Clay is a winner of the Nihuana Championship and a competitor in the Hawaiian Regional along with Oliver and Broan. The three got a place in a championship that selected the top three with the highest scores. Clay demonstrated impressive skills that day, achieving a very good pass and a score of 9.1. Clay has several fans. A few days after the competition, Clay decides to go surfing in Iwipokanari, the northern part of the island that has better waves and is further away from the urban center. It is a mangrove swamp that is difficult to access. He goes with his best friend Ken. But a fatality occurs on that beach. Something that will destroy Clay's soul.
