Stranded on an uncharted island during an expedition gone wrong, Lyra must find a way to not only escape the strange island but survive its brutal environment and the creatures that lurk there. The last thing Lyra expected on this expedition is to end up stumbling into the territory of a highly aggressive and highly territorial beast that sees her as its next meal...or so she thinks. ----- Lyra has always suffered from a fear of snakes, ever since she was a young girl. She has done well to avoid the scaly creatures and keep her distance from them even while working as a toxicologist who researches and makes lifesaving cures for snake bite victims. However, working in such a field doesn't completely keep her from interacting or coming close to the animals she fears so much, especially when she's sent on an expedition along with some explorers to an uninhabited island to research and discover new species of plants and animals as well as search for an elusive and highly venomous serpent that is said to inhabit the strange isle. It also doesn't help when their helicopter suddenly malfunctions and the group ends up crash-landing in the middle of a dense jungle with no way of contacting the outside world for help. and to make things worse for poor Lyra, something seems to be stalking her in this new and unfamiliar environment. It's bad enough she's trapped with no way home in such a dangerous place, but when she comes across signs of a monster lurking somewhere on this uncharted isle, she comes to find that the worst of her nightmares have only just begun. because the thing that's been stalking her from the shadows as fangs and scales just like the creatures she fears the most, with intentions of keeping her trapped with it on the isle.

A princess of earth shadowed in shame, for a reason no one knows why. Her only family, her elder brother was the only one to raise her. Then one day her adopted sister received a gift from her father, an alien Naga; half man, half snake with horns that spoke of his royalty was now drawn to a selfless and caring human who saved his life.

A herpetologist who loves the study of snakes, finds herself in a bit of a scaly, unexpected predicament when she brings a snake from the zoo home to her terrarium in her basement to find out that this is not a snake that she found in her basement, but a man. This is the sequel to "dragon rebirth" After Nathan's wounds healed, he spent 2 weeks with his captor, actually learning to hunt the native fish as if he had never left. But at a local Pizza Hut with Xavier, he gets an Amber Alert on his phone about a 6-year-old girl, who was also a Xenomorpth hybrid, being abducted and the string of disappearances is growing. Suddenly his dreams are filled with memories of his past with April, the name of his captor, and Xavier. What does this all mean? The vivid dreams, the disappearances, and an odd feeling to take in something new.
