When inter-dimensional creatures crash in the Kokiri Forest, Link understands that he must once again become the hero that Hyrule once knew him to be. Though he finds Samus Aran fighting off the creatures, he sees this foreign hero as another threat to his world. Link will need to decide if he will once again wield the Master Sword or become a vigilante driven by vengeance. He will also need to decide who the enemy truly is. Wind, it is just mere moving air, something that even a child can create. However, I cannot feel it's gentle sway, whether it be deadly or full of life. For where I rest is dark and confined, null of light. I cannot hear the laughter of another or the sounds of a river. The joy that once overflowed from me has dried, as the only sound that accompanies me is my heartbeat. With its constant rhythm it reminds me I still live. What a cursed sound.

The goddesses have decided to mix it up. The pieces have found new homes and the new hero must work her way to defeat who she once knew as her hero. Ganondorf, whom they worked so hard to defeat, is supposed to be her close ally. As Zelda fights Link, she meets others who have inherited spirits through the cycles. Through her journey, she realizes she must learn to trust her new comrades in order to defeat Link. (This story is undergoing a rewrite. Uh... it's pretty rough to get through. Keeping it up because I don't like deleting history.)

(Sequel to LoZ: Twilight Queen. Read that before starting this!) Last adventure, Midna and Link barely survived with their lives, clinging onto each other in hopes that the Goddesses would not rip them apart again. They've won...but at what cost? So many lives were lost, all to save the realms from a timeless evil they should have foreseen. One of those lives, the fair princess of the light realm, murdered for what? You are Y/N, the hero of Hyrule and the appointed Knight of the Princess of Hyrule, named Zelda. You were sleeping peacefully in a stable when Calamity Ganon appeared at the castle. What happens next depends in the story. (This story is gonna be different against what actually happened)

Shadows don't have red eyes, nor do ghosts. That should have been my first, my only hint. The water temple was hellish. No, not the volcano based fire temple, or even the illusion filled shadow temple came anywhere close to the trials faced beneath the waters' surface. I dread to retell the story of my untimely visit. But there is one thing. I had assumed the room of illusions there was Gannon's doing. That he had cast the spell over the room, and created a shadowy version of me. I can remember the fight like it was just yesterday; the way each touch of his chilled me to the bone, and the way his red eyes gleamed hatred and knocked me down. Walking in there I felt like a hero doing his duty; and yet walking out I felt like a boy stripped of everything; a thief. I dubbed him Dark Link, Just as Navi had done, and yet the name Dark doesn't fit the man I met in there that day. He shone brighter than the sacred golden light. I know there is more to his story than just a mindless minion, but how am I to figure it out?

What if after Ganon was destroyed, Revali got the Triforce of power? The goddess Hylia saw his ambition and strength and chose him to wield the Triforce of power, but does Revali have the courage and Wisdom to wield his Triforce without following Ganon's path?

After Hyrule rests from its 100 year battle against Calamity Ganon, Zelda decides to attend a school far away to become a scholar, in the hopes of distracting herself from the guilt she feels from her past failures. Leaving Link behind who is struggling to fully regain his memories, using becoming a chef to occupy him from his burdens as well. These two soon discover being apart was a dreadful mistake, still being unable to heal, or escape from the gruesome wounds of their past.
