I had watched the Pallikaranai Wetland from my terrace for years. Birds came and went. Migratory birds crossed the sky. The green marsh always looked peaceful from a distance. Then, one morning after the rain, I noticed a bird I had never seen before. One photograph became another. One street became another. And suddenly, I was standing at the entrance of the wetland I had only ever watched from afar. I entered for one reason: Curiosity. I wanted to see the birds. I never expected to find something beneath the water. When the rain returns, the paths disappear, the ground swallows me, and I am dragged into a world hidden beneath the wetland. There, survival becomes impossible. And something ancient begins to breathe. I entered the wetland to find birds. I came out carrying a secret that should never have been discovered.

If you could return to just one chapter of your life, which one would you choose? At 25, I have everything I once thought growing up would give me-but somewhere along the way, I lost something more important: myself. So if I were given one chance to go back, I wouldn't choose a great achievement or a perfect moment. I'd choose fourth standard. A time of friendships, endless games, innocent first love, school fights, laughter, competition, and a version of me who wasn't afraid to give everything when his turn came. This is not just a story about missing childhood. It's about meeting the person I used to be-and asking myself what happened to him.

Elok is a little caterpillar who begins her journey as an innocent, curious, and naïve creature. She meets Sulastri, Dimas, and Aditya-three friends from different worlds who teach her many things about life, nature, food, and what it truly means to be a good creature. But as time goes by, Elok's hunger slowly turns into gluttony. She eats without restraint, devouring the leaves around her without considering the other creatures who also depend on those trees for food, shelter, and survival. Without realizing it, her unhealthy habit gradually changes her-not only physically, but spiritually as well. When she finally faces the anger of her neighbors and witnesses the consequences of her actions, Elok begins to understand that she has allowed greed, envy, pride, resentment, vanity, and many other harmful traits to take control of her heart. She then retreats into a private chamber she names "THE COCOON." But Elok is not merely hiding from the world. Inside that dark chamber, she begins a far more difficult journey: a journey deep into her own heart. There, Elok must confront the dark traits that have been living within her. She battles Greed, Envy, and other destructive qualities one by one, while struggling to understand who she truly is and how she should live her life. And when the cocoon finally opens, every creature is left astonished. The greedy, selfish, and seemingly ugly green caterpillar they once knew is gone. In her place emerges a beautiful butterfly with radiant golden wings-not merely because her body has undergone a biological metamorphosis, but because her heart has transformed as well. Because sometimes, the greatest metamorphosis is not the transformation of the body. It is the transformation that takes place deep within the heart. 🦋🌕✨

What happens when a romance strips away the noise, the misunderstandings, and the expected heartbreak? In Love Is Not Love, Danush crafts a deeply moving contemporary drama about two souls navigating the delicate space between expectation and reality. Facing each other against the quiet backdrop of life's twilight, they discover that real connection isn't defined by grand, sweeping gestures or cinematic tragedy. Instead, it lives in the quiet silences, the patience to listen, and the profound grace of true understanding. A poignant and reflective exploration of modern relationships, this novel reminds us that some love stories don't end in drama-they end in the healing clarity of knowing one another completely.

Everyone knows the feeling of a falling dream-that sudden, jolting kick of your leg as your brain tricks you into waking up. Science calls it a hypnic jerk. Sleep paralysis is just your mind waking up before your body does. Danush used to believe the science. He knew how the world worked. But science can't explain how a boy sitting in a room in Chennai can watch his grandfather die on a village road days before it actually happens. Science can't explain stepping through a tear in reality into a towering, sprawling parallel metropolis where another version of you is waiting. And science certainly can't explain the night your abdomen lifts inches off the mattress in the dead of night, suspended by an invisible string. For years, Danush was just an observer, cursed with visions of tragedy that always came true with geometric precision. But when he accidentally knocked on the glass of another universe, he didn't just look-he left a door open. Now, something is waiting in the space between waking and sleeping. And every night, as the bedroom goes dark and the ceiling fan clicks, it learns a little bit more about how to use his body. Some nightmares aren't created by the brain. Some nightmares are just the universe letting you see what's coming.
