This is something of a translation of my first fiction I'm also currently working on in German. Hey, this is going to be a fan-fiction and it's definitely going to be AU. I do not own the characters in this story as they belong to Joanne Rowling. I only may add one or another character but trust me, you will know who's a character of my creation. I would love to get a feedback from all of you guys. A late Valentine's Day story.

Ein kleiner Sevmione One-Shot, weil ich gerade nicht die nötige Motivation habe, an meiner Hauptstory weiter zu schreiben. Ich habe mal für einen Wettbewerb das Gedicht geschrieben, aber den Einsendeschluss vergessen. Ich dachte mir, das sich zu dem Gedicht sicher eine gute Geschichte schreiben lässt. vielleicht werde ich noch eine Fortsetzung schreiben.

Hermione has always known she has fancied Severus Snape and has had an inkling he fancied her as well. When Hermione becomes the new Transfiguration professor at Hogwarts, both are ready to confess and do, leaving them to begin a new relationship together. All such ideas are crushed when Lily Evans comes walking through the doors of the potions classroom one morning, leaving Hermione to face facts she never wanted to.

When the kingdom of Gryffindor's crown princess has come of age to take the throne, her parents give her one condition: She must marry before she can inherit the throne unless her ailing, beloved father perishes before she is wed. Crown Princess Hermione doesn't wish to marry anyone who will not love her for her and win her trust and is terrified of men except her father and the mysterious king from the kingdom of Slytherin whom she was slowly falling for. King Severus was rumored to be cruel and mean because of his late father's reign and is now trying to repair the damage that his father has done. Even though he wasn't looking for a wife, the young Crown Princess Hermione sparks his interest and curiosity when she treats him differently than the rest.

What happens when someone you've seen for so long suddenly becomes the only one all you can think about? A fifth year Hermione Granger couldn't resist the urge to stop herself from establishing something undefined with the Dungeon Master.
