Set just at the end of season one, taking place during the six months after and into the beginning of season 2. Amy Warren is a meta human with the ability to collect and propel energy from her hands, she is a former employee of Star Labs, and current member of Team Flash, and Cisco Ramon's best friend. When Eobard Thawne is thwarted in his attempt to return to his time, Amy gets thrown through the wormhole and ends up on Earth 2 where she encounters Francisco Ramon, the villain known as Reverb. While trying to come to terms with her situation, and trying to re-learn her powers on a different world, she starts to find that she's not the first Amy Warren Reverb has known, and she begins to learn that Reverb is not what she expected him to be...

Life was pretty fantastic for Charlie Webber. She was young, intelligent, and the heiress of a multi-billion dollar tech company. She had hopes of changing the world. The Flash must gather after last season's exciting cliffhanger, which saw the new Mirror Master triumphant and still on the loose in Central City, in order to stop her and find a way to reach his missing wife. Sarah Snow Allen. Flash will beat Mirror Master with the support of the rest of Team.

Barry and Sarah still grieving Nora, they are focusing on their work, Barry is defeating a record number of metas over the summer and focuses on CSI, and Sarah is focused on S.T.A.R. Labs and Central City Citizen with Iris and Kamila, while the rest of Team Flash cope with their own adjustments. Cisco is no longer Vibe after receiving the meta-human cure. Joe has been promoted to captain of the CCPD, Cecile is thinking of leaving the district attorney's office, Ralph is on the lookout for a lost heiress named Sue Dearbon, and Caitlin, Sarah, Killer Frost and Killer Ice are having a bit of trouble with their relationship.
