1.) El has been asked out by Dean 3 times a day for months. Every time she has said no. When Dean tells her first period that if she says no he'll shoot up the school in third, she doesn't believe the common liar. Third period rolls around, and all hell breaks loose. When it's all over, people blame El for the shooting.

NO MEANS NO!!! and there are just a lot of males who doesn't understand no. Which is a huge problem so maybe this will clear things up.❤🌹
