Kassidy wakes up trapped inside a metal box with no memory of who she is or how she got there. The only thing waiting for her above is the Glade - a strange place surrounded by towering stone walls and filled entirely with boys who don't trust her. Especially Newt. As Kassidy struggles to survive life inside the Glade, she quickly realizes something is terribly wrong. The Maze surrounding them changes every night, deadly secrets lurk beyond the walls after dark, and the arrival of not one, but two girls threatens to unravel everything the Gladers thought they knew. With tension rising and danger growing closer each day, Kassidy finds herself caught between uncovering the truth and surviving long enough to remember who she really is. Dozens of other girls live in it, and they had most of their memories taken as well. They call themselves the Fielders, and they must find a way out of the mysterious giant maze that surrounds the Field. A teenage boy named Cole wakes up in a box. Most of his memories are gone, but he remembers his first name. He gets forced to live in a place known as the Plain, where dozens of other amnesiac boys reside. They're known as the Plainers, and the only thing each of them could remember when they woke up in the box was their first name. They need to discover a way to escape from the strange giant maze that surrounds the Plain.

Not everything is as it seems. Someone you think you know may be someone else inside. Someone you considered a friend may already be moving on. Someone who people make assumptions about may be far from what they think. Something that you don't know is there may be closer to you than yourself. An unexpected catalyst triggers an adventure. Strange places will be connected. New friends will be made, and maybe lost. Old friends will be tried and tested. Nothing is certain but the possibility of defeat, and there is only one way to find out what happens: read the book!

The first girl in the glade falls for a particular boy, a runner. She may have fallen first, head over heels in fact...but he sure as hell fell harder. Heyyy, this is just a little maze runner fanfiction. Nothing weird, I just love the characters and the story of the movies and books. This is bases on both and on my imagination. And obviously from Newts perspective because who does not love him. The story may seem a bit less dramatic then the books, but these characters need a bit of peace in their lives after all this drama ok?? Nevertheless I am happy if you decided to read it.
