Clary is getting tired of everyone. She is becoming distant from everyone but one person. She is having to watch her back while her nightmares lurch the street. Can Clary keep what she has with Jace going, or will the heavenly fire have a grip o their relationship? What is Clary going to do? She wants to finish this once and for all, but there is only one way to do it. Can Clary save the ones she loves and kill her brother? After killing Jonathan, clary loses all memory of her past life, the shadow world, and Jace. But he won't give up on her. This takes place in January of 2007. But what happens when an a attack on Idris doesn't go right and Clary is sperated from her brother and she is rescued by the handsome Jace Herondale? This story takes place in New York. Clary is in the circle with her brother Jonathon (aka sebastian in some parts of this story) and father Valentine. The morgensterns are recruiting new potential circle members in order to finsh what the uprising started and to get revenge on the people that killed Clary's and Jonathon's mother. Clary is sent to New York on a rountine demon check when she stumbles into the lightwoods (a long hated enemy to the Morgensterns). She gets captured and is held at the New york instatuite.
