Catching Fire - Mockingjay Part 2 Once you're put in that arena, you're locked in forever. Emmeline Whitlock was the Victor of the 68th Hunger Games when she was fifteen years old. You would say that her two mentors, Mags Flanegan and Finnick Odair, guided her to victory, but she had done it all on her own. She wouldn't have survived without her brain, as well as her skills with weapons. Finnick Odair is cocky and attractive, and that's what scares Emmeline. They never had any conflicts, but they also had few interactions with one another throughout mentoring, school, and being neighbors. Its not until the two young adults are reaped for the Quarter Quell, and they are now forced to interact. As time goes on in the Training Center and in the Games, Emmeline is drawn to him. But by the time she realizes how she feels towards Finnick, will it be too late for the both of them?

This story softly begins at the time of the 65th Hunger Games and had a few time skips to pick up during the time of the 75th Hunger Games. This is my take on what happens in the lives of Katniss and Peeta after Mockingjay. The war has ended and both of them have a lot of physical and emotional scars, Peeta's hijacking, Katniss' trauma, many lost loved ones. They both have returned to victor's village, but will they ever return to each other? After reading Sunrise on the Reaping, i thought it right to finally type up this story, enjoy!

Zenia didn't know what to expect when she was selected to participate in the 71st hunger games. At the moment she won, she realized that she was never going to get back her childhood. At the age of thirteen, she was the youngest to ever win the hunger games. Now, after four years of being exploited by President Snow and being called a monster for her time in the hunger games, she's volunteered to get back into the arena. The third quarter quell will prove to be a real test for her as she battles her feelings for another previous victor, Peeta Mallark. He looks past how the capital has named her the siren on account of her ability to sing and her reputation as a killer. Her image will paint her as a monster, but Peeta sees something else. Things like her ancestry and her image will get in the way, but Zenia will stop at nothing to save those that she loves.
