During the born this way ball Gaga fell pregnant. Though due to her being in the midst of a booming career she decided the best option would be to give up the baby to a gay couple who weren't able to have their own. Though 7 years down the track she misses the child more than anything and decides she wants to get to know her little girl. So she rings up the parents and they are happy for her to get to know the child. But will the child be happy to know Gaga.

Internal struggle between fame and success. Staying true to who you really are. (Good comfortable feeling of who you are once were). Pressured to be someone else, being someone who is not really you can cause a damage on your self-development.
