A poem I made. It's my first and possibly my last poem. It will probably never be read but I would like to put it out there so everyone with social anxiety doesn't feel so lonely. You are not alone. It is a poem close to my heart due to it conveying how lost and hopeless I felt and still feel. I hope it helps anyone struggling with social anxiety. I just wanted to say it gets better. You. Are. A girl by the name of Allison Turner is shown the world of Supernatural after her parents are killed by a demon. She joins with the Winchester brothers on their search for John Winchester, just to get away from living with her grandparents, and she will see something in Dean Winchester. Does he see something in her? Read the story to find out.

This story focuses on Castiel and Dean's relationship after Castiel's return from the Empty. They both have feelings for each other but are both struggling to admit it. This story also deals with mental health awareness and Jared's AKF campaign, particularly in regards to anxiety, depression, and PTSD. As someone who has struggled with these issues for over 15 years I wanted to give them a voice and I hope I do them justice. Songs in the story belong to Rachel Platten and Josh Turner The artwork at the top of the pages is not my own but the story is. I don't know who the artists are but if anyone does know I am more than happy to give them credit. They are beautiful!

For quite a long time I didn't know my dad. Didn't know his name (other then his last), didn't know what he looked like, didn't know his personality, nothing, all I had to go on was the few times my mom spoke poorly about him. What I did know was that the checks that came every month were from him. Mom always called it pity money and we never used it unless we absolutely HAD TO. The thing was my dad left the second he found out my poor orphan mother was pregnant and he didn't want the responsibility. Sure, he was only seventeen but my mom was fifteen and alone. The checks stopped coming when I was almost 11. My mom, who hated the money, was angry and called him selfish and a liar, she was very confusing, but I thought he might be dead. She said he wasn't. When I asked her how she knew this she wouldn't answer. All she said was he stopped because he got engaged and he didn't want her to find out. I believed her because she's my mom I didn't have a choice. Then a week before my sixteenth birthday my mom passed away and a social worker called my dad and I finally found out who he was and how my mom always knew what was going on with him. This is how I found out my father was Jared Padalecki and how he found out about my issues and helped me.

"Leave me alone!" I was crying now, but she just took my hand and smiled, her cold claws digging into my palm. Had she had claws before? I couldn't remember. "Eva, you'll never be alone. We're a part of you." She was still smiling, drawing me in with those empty eyes. "Whether you like it or not." In a world where mental disorders manifest as physical beings, they're that much harder to get rid of. Because how do you tell a lifelong companion no?
