Kívülről a Maison Rose továbbra is a megszokott életét éli. Eközben Párizsban egyre kegyetlenebbül tombol a háború. A történetben több 18+ jelenet is szerepel. Ezeket minden alkalommal előre jelezni fogom, így aki nem szeretné ezeket a részeket olvasni, könnyen átugorhatja őket.

Shot down over occupied France, an American pilot has one chance to survive - trust a stranger's daughter with his life. Feb 25, 1944. Operation Argument, what is later known as Big Week. A concentrated attack by the VIII Air Force on Luftwaffe production. Major Marc Suchet is a 24 year old P-51 fighter pilot. His job is to lead his squadron over occupied Europe and Germany. He's the hardened combat veteran that holds his squadron together. Combat doesn't care how experienced or good you are. A chance hit, a crippled plane, and he finds himself in occupied France. He's alone with nothing but a pistol, a few French phrases, and no way home. He doesn't get far before he's found - not by the Germans, but by a farm girl with a pitchfork and no intention of turning him in. Colette Davout and her family are already risking everything for France. Hiding an American pilot makes the risks even more personal. But as days become weeks, French lessons by the fire become something neither of them expected - and the war that's supposed to keep them apart is the only reason they ever met at all. Getting Marc out of France will take forged papers, trains across France crawling with German patrols, and trusting complete strangers. Getting him home - safely, permanently, with Colette still a part of his life - is another matter entirely. Inspired by real Resistance escape lines and the true stories of Allied airmen who evaded with the help of the Resistance. Mustang in France is a story about the ordinary people who risked everything to save strangers and the kind of love that survives on nothing but a promise. Meticulously researched with accurate historical details. The raid actually happened on Feb 25, 1944. The checklist steps, the squadrons, the tactics, all the locations, the routes of travel are real. Even moon phases and sunrise/set times. French translations are at the end of each chapter.

You were sitting on your bed reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. How neat would it be to travel into the pages? You were reading the part where Harry and Dumbledore look at Slughorn's memory of Tom Marvolo Riddle, when the younger Riddle asked about Horcruxes. Could you have changed him? That night as you fell asleep, you could've sworn that you heard a voice say something in Parseltongue: *"As you wish..."* (Apologies, Italics wouldn't work) Author Note (2025): This story may be discontinued in favor of other projects. Please let me know in the comments if you'd like this story to continue.

A short story about Quentin, a 15-year-old Swiss boy, and the monochrome depression he faces after his parents die in the bombings of Schaffhausen in 1944. Two months after his parents' death, he finds himself back in the dimension of his mind, forced to come face to face with the exact event that changed his life. Only after pain and gruesome suffering does he realize the need to continue living. Fictional, but the bombing in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, is real. I just changed the date and altered some details.

June, 1944. Four years have passed since the Fall of France to German forces, and the Reich is losing on all fronts, losing ground in Italy against the British and American troops there and on the Eastern Front against the Soviets at an alarming rate. To add to the pressure, the Second Front is about be opened in France, on the Normandy coast. The time has come for the Germans to prove that the Atlantic Wall is as impenetrable as they say it is.
