"You're like a magician, you know," she said. The other girl lifted an eyebrow. "As soon as you hear the words 'Normani's having a baby.' you disappeared."

"That's the reason I came to your concert, Normani," the other girl said. "I came back for you. For you both."

"We don't need you, Dinah! I raised her alone for three years! I'm sure I can do it without you for fifteen more!"

Normani Kordei a twenty year old R&B singer. Taken for granted at a highschool party by Dinah Jane at age seventeen. Dinah took off running whenever she found out Normani was having a baby and that it was hers. The two didn't see each other again until three years later..at one of Normani's concerts.
