Emma's life had been anything but normal for the past five years. Between working multiple jobs as an EMT on an ambulance and trying to keep up with the bills on a huge house that she was left alone with, Emma barely has time to sleep. When her older brother decides to return and move back in he brings along a new friend, who may just be another reason Emma is kept up all night. As life for Emma begins to readjust once again, she may finally find the safety she didn't know she'd been looking for.
