Chapter 1: February 28th, 2016

19 year old Samantha is the daughter of the famously infamous owner of the Waffleino Diner and BnB. When an accident suddenly takes her fathers life, she returns home from her college, and cuts short her education, to take ownership of the family business. As she comes to term with realizing that she is the only one left in her family, she begins to experience overwhelming feelings of sadness and loneliness in her old town. But when an anonymous tip makes her suspect foul play involving her fathers recent passing, she is drawn into a mystery, with dead ends at every corner. As she meets new people, and discovers the truth behind her fathers death, she discovers things she never new about herself.
