Ruby is a 16-year old girl living in Las Vegas in the midst of a zombie apocolypse. With her family gone, no friends around, she roams from safe house to safe house with nothing but a pistol and knife to defend herself. But then she meets Hunter, a semi-normal human, who threatens to kill her if she doesn't help him. Ruby and Hunter embark on a journey killing hordes of zombies, learning about each other's past, and...falling in love? That wasn't part of the plan! A fan-fiction of the videogame Left 4 Dead.
