After receiving emailed threats from an anonymous sender, Alex starts to doubt some of the other packs, and with the help of her badass Beta and Gamma, and the extremely helpful technological team, Alex works hard to solve the mystery that is threatening her pack. Along the way, Alex encounters a woman who is hellbent on breaking down every single ice-cold, distant brick built around her heart.
