who do i chose when one love left, came back but one has always been there

What will bella do when the man that say he loves her leaves her and then she gets pregnant and.....the man that has alwys loved her jake want to marry her and take care of her and the baby ( yes twins) even though that she might not love him the way he loves her but love is there.............................what will they do when everythings id going great and one day edward comes back to explain and see them together and see she has moved on does she tell him the twins are his? does she stay or leave jake? does she get back with edward?
