August was thirteen years old when her life changed completely. Living in Ireland all her life, she was surprised to learn everything she thought was true was false. After being in a horrific car crash and dealing with the death of her parents and baby brother, she learned that her father wasn't actually her father, but was actually a detective in London, England.
